Camping Santa Tecla is located in the town of A Guarda in the south province of Pontevedra at the mouth of the Miño river, on the border with Portugal.
At 60 km is localed Vigo, at 80 km is located Pontevedra, at 125 km
Santiago de Compostela capital of the Autonomous Community.
It is known as the culmination of the pilgrimage route of the Camino de Santiago (The Way of Saint James) and is supposed to be the site where the remains of the Apostle Santiago lie.

The Santa Tecla campsite is in A Guarda, one of the most important tourist areas in Galicia for its archaeological and landscape values.
It is located in the middle of the Miño river estuary, a natural area protected by Red Natura 2000, on the slopes of Mount Santa Tecla.

From Tuy to A Guarda on PO 550 at Km. 54, at the traffic lights, next to the Sanctuary of San Roque, turn left towards the Miño River and the campsite is 800 meters away. It will be signposted.
